NOTE: Adobe Reader 9 can cause problems. If you upgrade to that version, you may need to do the following: Open Reader 9.0 . Open "Edit" then " Preferences" then "Internet" from the list on the left then deselect "display pdf in browser" hit O.K. Now it will open it directly in to a pdf instead of trying - and failing !!- to open it in a new browser.
